Jackie Pasqua is a writer and customer service professional with experience in technical writing, client relations, account management, and more. After more than a decade working as Head of Customer Operations for her family’s pasta manufacturing business, Star Ravioli, she worked as a Customer Operations Associate at Squarespace as well as working as a freelance writer and editor. She is also a contributor to the reggae music blog Rootfire. Jackie hopes to use her broad range of skills to help businesses with their documentation and communication, as well as explore fiction and music writing. 

For the last few years, Jackie has dedicated her time outside of work to volunteering for Crisis Text Line, and provided moderation and content creation for a Facebook support group for people with chronic pain. Her favorite projects have included working on the food safety documentation for Star Ravioli, simplifying complex site-related concepts for customers at Squarespace, and writing artist bios for indie record label Cold Summer Records.

Jackie holds an MS in professional writing from NYU and a BA in liberal studies from The New School. She currently resides in Las Vegas with her husband and their cat. In her spare time, you can find her playing Settlers of Catan, working on a romance novel, or watching live music. Above all else, Jackie is passionate about her work and hopes to use her distinctive voice and expertise to make her clients’ visions into a reality.
